One day I was searching on the web to find out how and why people become successful. I was interested in this because as many, I also hope to hit success. As I was searching up stories and articles, I came upon this quote by Michael Jordan. Before I get into the quote, I would like to give you a brief story on his life. As you may already know, Michael Jordan is a great basketball player because that was what he wanted to achieve. But, did you know that when he was in his early high school years, he didn’t make his basketball team. But that didn’t stop him. He ended up trying over and over again, and failed over and over again but because of his determination he ended up making his team and making the NBA. That just inspired me because, he wasn’t given success. If you see him in his prime time and when he played ball, you would assume that he was destined to play. But the real facts are that, he wasn’t. You could say he was never destined to play but just determined. He knew what he wanted to do and he work towards getting there. Michael Jordan is one inspiring guy that says very inspiring things. So back to the quote, As I said, I was searching up stories and articles about to become successful and I came upon this quote by Michael Jordan. It said, “Some people succeed because they are destined to, but most people succeed because they are determined to”. This quote basically means that, few people will succeed in life by luck, but if you put your heart out and strive toward your goals, you will succeed too. When you think about it, when you put yourself down and say that you are a failure, you tend to not have any motivation at all to attack a goal. If you have are focused, have a strong positive attitude, and you believe you can do it, then you got no one stopping you and you will achieve your goal.
